Getting started

  1. Download Restock Rush from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Create a venue account with your venue’s shared email and password.
  3. Everyone at the venue signs in with that same email and password. Their devices stay in sync.
  4. Start your 7-day free trial.

Bluetooth scanner setup

  1. Put the scanner in HID / keyboard mode.
  2. Set a Return (CR) suffix and a US keyboard layout. Your scanner’s manual has the setup barcodes.
  3. Pair it in iOS Settings → Bluetooth.
  4. Open Rush. The header shows Scanner connected. Scan a bottle to check.

Camera scanning

No scanner? Use the camera. Tap the camera icon on Rush and allow camera access when asked. To make the camera your default, go to Settings → Preferred scan source → Camera.

Printer setup

Restock Rush prints to ESC/POS network printers, like kitchen receipt printers, on port 9100.

  1. Connect the printer and your device to the same Wi‑Fi network.
  2. In Settings → Printer, set Print to to Network printer (ESC/POS).
  3. Tap Find Printers and pick yours, or enter its IP address manually.
  4. Tap Test Print.

If a run doesn’t print, it shows Print failed with the reason. Fix the printer, then tap Reprint.

Areas

Areas are the parts of your venue, like Main Bar or Patio. Each area has its own queue. Tap the area badge in the Rush header to switch. Add, rename, reorder or archive areas in Settings → Restock → Areas.

Subscriptions

  • One plan per venue. Unlimited users, devices and areas.
  • 7-day free trial, then monthly or annual.
  • Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. Do this on the device, or with the Apple ID, that subscribed.
  • Deleting your venue account does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your account

  1. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Venue Account.
  2. Type the venue name or DELETE to confirm.
  3. Enter the venue password.

This deletes the venue account and all its catalog, scans, runs and areas from the cloud. Every device is signed out. Product names shared to the shared catalog stay, because they’re product data, not venue data.
